Pastor Regina Davis

Co - Pastor, Holy Temple Pentecostal Church, Inc.
General Secretary, Elevation Christian Network

Pastor Regina M. Davis enjoys a life-long membership at Holy Temple Pentecostal Church, Inc., where she has faithfully served across nearly every area of ministry. Her dedication has touched the Primary Choir, Junior Choir, Gospel Choir, Mass Choir, Gospeletts, Sanctuary Choir, Usher Board, Helping Hands, Missionary Department, Sunday School, and the Praise and Worship Team. As a tireless laborer in God’s house, she has never hesitated to step in wherever needed—from singing and teaching to praying and even ascending to the drum stand when there was no drummer. A gifted administrator, she serves as the Church Administrator and General Secretary, overseeing all church records and financial responsibilities while ensuring compliance with city, state, and federal regulations. Guided by her life scripture, “Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might,” Pastor Davis continues to serve the Lord with excellence 66 years later.

As her faithfulness increased, God elevated her into greater positions of leadership. She was ordained a Deacon in 1997 and went on to lead both the Women’s Ministry and the Sanctuary Choir for many years. Her prophetic gift has encouraged and strengthened many, and her love for God, her family, and her church is evident to all who meet her. Pastor Davis also serves as the General Secretary of Elevation Christian Network. In 2019, she accepted her call to preach the Gospel, and in 2023 she was installed as Executive Pastor. During a Fire Friday Sabbath Service in 2024, the Holy Spirit led Overseer Rivers to appoint her as Co-Pastor.

Pastor Davis graduated with her degree in Biblical Studies from Dominion Theological Seminary, Brooklyn, NY, in June 2024.Pastor Davis also has a degree in Law Enforcement and Corrections. She has trained as a Court Reporter and worked in logistics for the U. S. Postal Service. She worked for the federal government until she was forced to take a disability retirement in 1990 due to interstitial fibrosis, a chronic lung disease. Given a life expectancy of 12-18 months, her faith was challenged, but she knew that God was a miracle worker and through that faith, God proved himself. During her rehabilitation from lung surgery, a floral business was born. Pastor Davis owned and operated Flowers by Gina D. for 20 years and is currently the owner of Gina D’s Floral Creations. In 2014, she was awarded Top 100 Minority Entrepreneurs in the Maryland/DC/, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Delaware corridor. Pastor Davis has received numerous awards and citations throughout her career.
